Clarity for Every Financial Decision
From growing your wealth to planning for retirement, Fleming Wealth provides straightforward advice designed to simplify life's biggest financial decisions.
Who We Serve
We work with individuals and families who want more than just investment management—they want a trusted advisor to help navigate every aspect of their financial life. While we specialize in helping those approaching or enjoying retirement, we also serve business owners, professionals, and high-net-worth families seeking personalized, fiduciary advice tailored to their goals.
Our Process
Either in person or virtually, we sit down together to find out what is most important to you. It’s important for us to learn where you are now, and where you want to go.
Step 1: DiscoveryStep 2: PlanningAfter learning about you and your goals, we will present our recommended proposal for you and your family.
Things change constantly. Family, Careers, Goals, Legislation, and more. We will be there to help ensure that your plan evolves to withstand the test of time.
After we agree on next steps, its time to put your plan into action. This is where the fun begins, and your plan on paper starts to become a reality.
Step 4: Monitor & AdjustStep 3: ImplementationOur Services
-
We build and manage portfolios around your financial plan, risk tolerance, time horizon, and goals—not around a one-size-fits-all model. Our portfolios primarily use low-cost ETFs and are monitored continuously, with rebalancing based on the portfolio's actual needs rather than a predetermined calendar.
When appropriate, we customize portfolios to address specific circumstances, such as municipal bonds for higher-income households or strategies designed to manage concentrated positions.
-
Retirement is more than determining whether you have enough money to stop working. It's about creating a plan for how your money will work for you once you do.
We help you determine when you can retire, how much you can comfortably spend, and how to create sustainable income throughout retirement. We also incorporate decisions around Social Security, investment strategy, tax planning, and other sources of income to help ensure your retirement plan works together as a whole.
As your circumstances change, we continually revisit the plan to help you stay on track.
-
Good tax planning is about making thoughtful decisions before the tax bill arrives.
We look for opportunities to make your financial decisions more tax-efficient, including Roth conversions, tax-loss harvesting, charitable contributions, retirement distributions, and the tax implications of investment decisions.
We don't prepare tax returns, but we work alongside your CPA—or help connect you with one when needed—to make sure your financial and tax strategies are working together.
-
We help you think through how your assets can be passed to the people and causes that matter most to you. This can include beneficiary designations, inheritance strategies, charitable intentions, and coordinating your investment and financial decisions with your broader estate plan.
We don't draft legal documents, but we work alongside your estate attorney to help ensure your financial plan and estate plan are working toward the same goals.
-
Giving can be both personally meaningful and financially strategic.
We help clients incorporate charitable giving into their broader financial and tax plans, whether that's making annual gifts, donating appreciated investments, planning larger charitable contributions, or incorporating charitable giving into their estate and legacy plans.
Our goal is to help you give to the causes you care about in a way that is both meaningful and financially thoughtful.
-
For business owners, personal and business finances are often closely connected.
We help business owners think through the financial decisions that affect both sides of the equation, including cash flow, investment strategy, retirement planning, tax considerations, and long-term succession or exit planning.
When specialized expertise is needed, we coordinate with your CPA, attorney, or other professionals to make sure your business decisions fit into your broader financial plan.
Why work with us?
1
Advice built around your life
Your financial plan isn't a template. We start by understanding where you are, where you're going, and what matters most to you. From there, we build your investment strategy and ongoing advice around your goals, timeline, and circumstances.
One straightforward fee
Our compensation is simple: one advisory fee covers both investment management and ongoing financial planning. No commissions, sales charges, proprietary products, or referral fees. You know what you're paying, and you know what you're getting.
2
A Personal Relationship
When you work with Fleming Wealth, you work directly with me. You won't be passed off to a junior advisor or a rotating service team. I know your financial picture, your goals, and your family—and I'm available when you need advice.
3
Independent, objective advice
We're not paid to recommend a particular investment, insurance product, or outside professional. That allows us to focus on what makes sense for you, whether that means managing your investments, coordinating with your CPA or attorney, or simply telling you when you don't need to make a change.
4
A long-term relationship
We're not here to make a quick recommendation and move on. We're building relationships that can last for decades. As your life changes, your financial plan should change with it—and we'll be there to help you navigate those decisions along the way.
